1. Right-click on the desktop and select New -> Shortcut
2. Enter the following article in the box: taskkill.exe / f / fi "status eq not responding" [the quotes] and then click Next.
3. After that there will be a new shortcut with the name taskkill
4. Double-click the shortcut for each program having Not Responding then the computer will automatically identify and shut down the program.
